		<description>I think a plural unity of government, liturgy and theology would benefit the Church greatly. Specifically regarding government, I think if the whole Church, from top to bottom, is to be the Church actively, actually and practically, then the various governments that exist, i.e., conciliar, papal, presbyterian and congregational, should all be allowed as equal qualitative workings of the Spirit. Just my $0.02, tho&#039;.</description>
